How much is delivery and when will it arrive?

Free UK delivery on orders of £20 or more after any discount, and £3.99 under £20. Order before 1pm Monday to Friday and your parcel leaves our Barnsley warehouse the same working day, then usually takes 1 to 2 working days to reach you. Deliveries are to England, Scotland, Wales and the surrounding isles. Read the delivery policy.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to return most items, unused and in their original packaging (exclusions apply), and a 14-day cooling-off right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We pay the return postage when an item is faulty, wrong or not as described. We aim to refund you within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. If you cancel under the 14-day cooling-off right, we refund the item, and the standard delivery charge if you cancel the whole order, within 14 days of receiving it back, or of evidence that you have sent it, whichever is sooner. Is everything genuine and new?

Everything we sell is genuine UK stock, picked and packed by us at our own warehouse in Barnsley. It is new unless the listing says otherwise, and we do not sell grey imports, refurbished or open-box stock without saying so in plain words on the listing. Read our genuine stock promise.
