By name, Intenso is the strong one, Ristretto the short intense shot and Leggero the lighter roast; the 100 pod box is 50 Intenso and 50 Ristretto. Nescafé Latte Caramel is six boxes of seven sachets, just add hot water. teapigs Earl Grey Strong is 250g of loose leaf black tea. KA Caribbean Pineapple is a 24 x 330ml multipack. Hiro electrolyte tablets in lemon and elderflower dissolve in water for hydration during sport or hot weather.

How to choose: if you run a Nespresso Professional machine, buy by strength rather than by name, and the 100 pod box is the same pods in a bigger quantity, priced as a bundle. Loose leaf tea needs a strainer or a pot with an infuser; teapigs is not in bags. Bianco Delicato and Finezzo capsules, Lucozade Alert, Red Bull Ruby Edition and Tate & Lyle caramel syrup have been stocked before and return when we can restock them.
